Founded in 2002, Kelvin Valley Properties are a family-owned firm offering estate agency and valuation services throughout central Scotland. With over 100 years’ experience between the staff in selling and renting property, we are able to offer a flexible and tailored service to clients to ensure they receive the best possible customer service.

As we are purely an Estate Agent, we have no financial tie-ins or secondary agendas to sell other services such as mortgages, conveyancing or insurances. This means we can focus on doing what we do best – selling and renting properties, achieving the best results for our clients in the shortest possible timeframe.

We do not have a large network of branches or staff to support, so are able to keep our overheads low which is great news for our clients. We pass those savings onto you, so not only do we offer an excellent service but it is also low cost with potentially thousands of pounds of savings compared to other agents in the areas we cover.

To date we have sold well over 2,400 properties and also manage a large portfolio of rental properties. We have sold and rented property in Cumbernauld, Kilsyth, Denny, Bonnybridge, Lennoxtown, Lenzie, Kirkintilloch, Falkirk and Larbert, to name just a few!

As a firm we strategically chose to set up our main office in a key central location which is positioned giving easy access to motorway networks in all directions. We cover right across the Central Belt of Scotland, from Glasgow to Edinburgh and everywhere in between. Our clients take confidence in the fact that we are highly experienced and successful, as well as being members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, ARLA and The National Association of Estate Agents. Whether you are looking to buy, sell or rent then why not contact Kelvin Valley Properties for your Free Market Appraisal?

Don’t just take our word for it however, feel free to check out our Client Testimonials.
