- enquiry handling and logistics. We know many people have previously found property selling very stressful in the past. We aim to take the strain away from you but to make sure you are kept fully informed and able to make decisions more easily. We handle calls, supply and confirm information, arrange viewing at your convenience, deal with potential buyers, the curious, solicitors, surveyors - all the time seeking to ensure you get the best result. in some cases, perhaps the house is a deceased relative’s estate, we can carry out accompanied viewings at no extra cost.
- rapid response. We aim to get your property on the market as quickly as the regulations will allow. Once the new preliminary legal requirements are complied with, we aim to market by the next working day! If you have not yet got a solicitor to act for you as you sell, (and buy if appropriate), we can recommend someone who is a specialist in home selling and buying. They offer a fixed fee (no surprises!) and a personal, efficient service. If you already have a solicitor then no problem, we are used to working with most of the local professionals to help you achieve a good outcome with minimised stress.
Although we don’t arrange mortgages or finance, we recognise that you may need some appropriate advice. We can give you the contact details for a mortgage specialist to talk with you about any needs you may have. We have also negotiated excellent pricing for the legally required Scottish Home Report.
