Meet The Team

Meet the Team

John is the Business Founder and our Managing Director, with over 20-years’ experience in the industry. He holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management, and specialises in property valuations, sales and investments. When he’s not working on the business, you’ll likely find him viewing potential investments, in the gym or enjoying the great outdoors!

Lorraine is our Finance Director, ensuring that everything falls into place and all our landlords and contractors get paid on time! She comes from a legal background and always ensures things are done correctly. When she’s not in the office, you’ll generally find her being chief taxi-driver for the children or having coffee & cake in one of the local eateries!

Craig is our experienced Property & Investment Manager with many years in the industry, and loves nothing more than helping our landlords refinance and grow their portfolios!  He is jointly responsible for the day to day management of several hundred properties.  Proving very popular with both landlords and tenants, Craig is a well-known face in the local community having been brought up in the local area.  When he's not in the office, you'll likely find him on the golf course!  

Paul is our Sales Manager and with his many years of customer service experience, his enthusiam shines through.  He helps walk our sales clients through the process from first listing their property right through to completion, keeping them updated each step of the way.  Away from the office, he loves spending time with family, as well as enjoying football, fishing and golf.

Ian is our Property & Compliance Manager and alongside Craig is jointly responsible for our managed property portfolio.  With a wealth of experience in other industries, Ian retrained as a Property Manager in 2019 and also holds the ARLA Level 6 qualification for Residential Lettings.  Ian is a landlord himself and an avid Partick Thistle fan, and you'll generally find him watching the football at the weekend, or getting involved in some sort of DIY project!

Neil is our Maintenance & Inspections Manager who is heading up a new department within the firm, set up due to rapid growth.  He oversees all the maintenance, certification and inspections on the properties within our managed porfolio, and is also trained in PAT Testing & Legionella Risk Assessments.  Already proving to be a valuable addition to our Lettings Team, Neil is another great lover of the great outdoors, as well as enjoying martial arts and exploring new food.
